Hatley Parish Council
MEETINGS

Regular Parish Council meetings are held five times a year in January, March, May (the AGM), July and October, usually at 7.30 pm in Hatley Village Hall.

The Annual Meetings take place in May (beginning at 7.00 pm) and other 'extraordinary' meetings (usually concerned with a planning application) are held as necessary.

All meetings are open to the public – although members of the public are not allowed to speak at meetings without the permission of the Chairman.

The next meeting of the Parish Council will be an Extraordinary Meeting to consider the consultation on East-West Rail's Bedford to Cambridge route. Members of the public are most welcome to come along:

Meeting notice

Details about the 'consultation' – including maps illustrating the five potential routes – can be reviewed and responded on this website. The deadline for feedback forms is 11th March.

The meeting will  also discuss a planning application from Holbeins Farm.
