Chairman and vice chairman – at Hatley Parish Council's AGM on
26 May 2011, Micky Astor and Alan Pinney were elected Chairman and Vice Chairman respectively for 2011/12.

Annual general meeting and annual parish meeting (at 7.30 pm):
       Tuesday, 15 May 2012.

The meetings include reports from the District and County Councillors.  Standing items on every PC agenda are Hatley Village Hall, St Denis church, the Hatley website and planning matters.

Members of the public are always very welcome to attend these meetings, which are now normally held four time per year on the third Tuesday of January, May, July, and October.
