Planning applications
Applications are announced on South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Application Search system.
The Parish Council receives notification of all planning applications concerning development in Hatley. Residents whose land is adjacent to the property where a development is proposed also receive notification.
Applications are discussed by the Parish Council either at a regular meeting or at an extraordinary meeting, which will be advertised on the village notice boards and on this website. Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings.
The Parish Council submits its comments to South Cambridgeshire District Council. Members of the public are also invited to submit comments to SCDC.
Application details (application forms, drawings/plans and other supporting documents/supporting statements (e.g. design statements etc.) – called collectively the Case file – can be seen online on (and printed from) the Planning Application Search system.
