What’s on

Things going on in and near Hatley

Header for the 'What's on' events section - EVENTS NOT ON during the coronavirus pandemic.

WHAT’S ON?  NOT A LOT,  including the monthly Coffee Mornings, cancelled for the time being ‘due to Covid-19’.

The Parish Council’s Annual Meetings on 19th May did take place, via Zoom, as reported here.  No decision yet on its next meeting, scheduled for 14th July.

What else?  Well…

  • Do contact the Gamlingay and Hatley Coronavirus Support Group, if you are self isolating and require help with essential food shopping, collecting a prescription from the local chemist, take your dog for a walk or want a friendly chat.
  • Greensands Medical Practice has suspended all pre-booked face to face appointments with GPs – until further notice, all GP appointments are conducted by phone consultations.  Full details of this and other key points, including prescriptions, are on the practice’s website.

Postponed – the Police and Crime Commissioner election on 7th May has been rescheduled for 6th May 2021 – as have all other 2020 local elections (not there were any in Hatley); it means in 2021 we’ll now have elections for Mayor, County and PCC.

Sunday, 28th June – Hatley Village Fête – postponed / cancelled.

Post updated 20th May 2020.
