Except for funeral services and weddings

Hatley St George church, Cambridgeshire, 8 August 2015. Regular services are held every second and fourth Sunday of the month.

Following the government announcement on 23rd March 2020, all places of worship are closed during the coronavirus pandemic – except for funerals and weddings attended by immediate families.

The government has also stopped social events associated with churches – including baptisms and other religious ceremonies.

This applies to Hatley St George church, St Mary’s Gamlingay and the Baptist Church in Gamlingay.

Do contact them if you are self isolating and require help with essential food shopping, collecting a prescription from the local chemist, take your dog for a walk or want a friendly chat.
