Meetings begin at the now regular start time of 7.00 pm and are held in Hatley village hall.

  • The council’s next scheduled meetings are its Annual Parish and Annual General Meetings on Tuesday, 21st May in Hatley village hall at 7.00 pm.
  • Do go!  It is an opportunity to see the council in action, ask questions and meet your councillors – Micky Astor (chairman), Paul Kraus (vice-chairman), Samantha Abbasi and Harold Nickerson.
  • Other reasons to go
    • Hear reports from the Chair of the Parish Council and other hard working community groups in Hatley.
    • Also joining us is Mark Fitzpatrick, who will give a brief update on the Gamlingay and Hatley Swift Project.
    • Refreshments will be available.

NB 1  The number of regular meetings has varied over the years – until 2010 there were six / year, when it was cut first to five then to four meetings / year.

From January 2017 the Parish Council has held five regular meetings a year – in January, March, May (the AGM), July and October – usually at 7.00 pm in Hatley Village Hall, supplemented by Extraordinary Meetings as required.
