The Great Big Green Week is the UK’s biggest ever celebration of action to tackle climate change and protect nature. Between 7th and 15th June 2025, communities, schools, businesses, churches, mosques and more will join together in a wave of support for action to protect the planet.

  • Saturday 7th to Sunday 15th June / Gamlingay and Hatleys Climate Action Group.

    • Climate Action Gamlingay is a group for all residents of Gamlingay and the Hatleys who want to help protect the environment. Set up and supported by Gamlingay Parish Council, the group consists of a small group of enthusiastic volunteers – all welcome.

Gamlingay Bioblitz walk, Wednesday, 11th June 2025.  As part of the Great Big Green Week, Gamlingay and Hatleys Climate Action Group is hosting three walks to identify and record birds, insects, wild flowers, trees ‘and more’.  Each walk will last approximately 1½ hours of slow walking, with stops, followed by 30 minutes for refreshments and gathering data lists.

  • Wednesday 11th June / 10.30 am, 2.00 and 6.00 pm Gamlingay and Hatleys Climate Action Group.

Hatley Village Association

The HVA operates under the auspices of the Parish Council to raise funds for Hatley community projects, including the village hall, Hatley St George church and the playing field in Hatley St George.
